This plugin allows you to monitor Nagios with HQ. Also note that Hyperic HQ is able to use Nagios plugins. This plugin is part of the base HQ distribution.

Hi John,
We have a fully working Nagios server that is used to monitor all the servers in our data center.
Recently i installed a new HQ Hyperic server and it works great.
Now i am interested on how to use the HQ Hyperic server to monitor Nagios server, that way i can utlize the plugins of Nagios.
Can you please provide a detailed configuration document for the same ?
I understand that by just installing a HQ agent on the Nagios server every this will be up and running, i tried this, and i could only see a service called "Nagios" and could not see any thing else. Please mail me if you have a detailed document about the same.
