Hyperic hosts a number of user and development oriented mailing lists at hyperic.org. These lists are backed by our forums, so users can chose to post directly to the forums, or use the mailing lists. Hyperic's forums are located at http://forums.hyperic.org
How to subscribe
You can subscribe to the the email by:
- Send an empty email to listname-subscribe@hyperic.org, replacing listname with the list you would like to subscribe to.
- Use the provided links below to subscribe/unsubscribe
Once you have subscribed you can change your options by sending email to listname-request@hyperic.org.

Hyperic uses JIRA to manage bugs and enhancements around our products. If you find a bug feel free to either discuss it on our forums or log an issue in the appropriate project in our jira.
Hyperic customers are encouraged to log their support tickets in the SUPPORT project.
