Response Time Setup
Compile and install the plugin:
% tar -zxf agent-${HQVersion}/product_connectors/rt-x.x.x.tar.gz
% cd rt-x.x.x
% ./build_apache_module.sh 2.0 ${installpath}/bin/apxs
% cp apache2.0/unix/.libs/mod_rt.so ${installpath}/modules
Edit ${installpath}/conf/httpd.conf, adding:
LoadModule rt_module modules/mod_rt.so
LogFormat "%S" rt_log
LogFormat "%R" enduser
CustomLog logs/rt_log rt_log
CustomLog logs/enduser enduser
Restart the Server
% ${program} restart
General Log and Config Track Properties
- Enable Log Tracking - Check to enable log tracking.
- Track event log level - Only track events of level greater than or equal to this level. Order is: [Error, Warn, Info, Debug]
Mapping:- emerg,alert,crit,error -> Error
- warn -> Warn
- info,notice -> Info
- debug -> Debug
- Log Pattern Match - Include messages that match the given regular expression. The given pattern can be a substring to look for in log messages or a regular expression. See: java.util.regex.Pattern.
- Log Pattern Exclude - Exclude messages that match the given regular expression.
- Log Files - Comma delimited list of log files to track. Relative files are resolved to ${installpath}.
