Configure Sybase 12.5.x for Monitoring
Please run the HQ agent on the local Sybase server as the sybase user.
This is neccessary to get the proper ENV vars setup in order to execute
the sp_sysmon procedure.
NOTE: The jdbcUrl may not work using localhost. Please specify the actual hostname.
